  My friend told me not to rent from them. I didn’t listen and now I wish I had. Absolute nightmare. They don’t accept your 60 day notice. They never fix anything. They claim they spent a ridiculous amount on cleaning so you’ll never see your security deposit. Please, do yourself a favor and find someone who is an honorable landlord not these crooks.

  I lived there from 2010 - 2013 and got evicted, had a break in which I didn’t report but I couldn’t prove who did it, creepy pedophilish neighbor. Fights in hallways between other people that spill out into the hallways and parking lots. Before I got evicted I asked the to replace the screen they got torn.. I rarely close the screen so tearing it wasn’t from me. So they charge me $2300+ for carpet wear and tear the screen and general cleaning. And now just today 1/15/2018 I get a letter from a debt collector for $2000 more (judgement), yet it’s closed out in the courts.. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS NIGHTMARE! P.s.- fire dept came to fix a false alarm and was pissed about the conditions we live with on moraine way
