  I wish I could give zero stars. I've been waiting for a 10 day pay off to be faxed to my credit union for almost a week. I've called 3 times to try to have the issue resolved and every time I hear the same response "I don't know why it's not faxed over" The customer service is abysmal which is why I'm refinancing in the first place. Go to Capital CU they will give you half the rate and go above and beyond to help you. Update: Still waiting for a payoff. Don't expect to call anyone to voice your concerns either, because "they don't have a phone number in their Payoff Department" How frustrating that I trusted this company with an auto loan just to get treated like garbage.
